Flintrock Resources Management, Inc is committed to the development of natural resources, primarily oil and gas.  It is our mission to ease our dependence on foreign oil by maximizing efforts to do exploration both in proven and unproven oil and gas fields throughout the United States with our primary interests in Texas. 

 

Our goal is to place proven oil fields into production.

 

Since its inception, Flintrock Resources Management, Inc. has been producing minerals, oil and gas and are purchasers of oil and gas royalties. As a company, we acquire lease acreage and geological and geophysical data for purposes of assembling exploration and developmental drilling prospects. We engage from a position of operating and non-operations to maximize our ability to acquire producing properties that have additional exploration for expansion of proven and unproven development. Additionally, Flintrock Resources Management, Inc. focuses in approved geological areas where it has been anticipated or it has determined exploitation for oil and gas development is about to take place.

 

Flintrock Resources' strategy:

 

• Acquires producing properties that have additional exploration.

• The expansion of development and investing funds in non-producing royalties and interests with the potential for imminent exploration and development.

• Targets the acquisition of royalty interests in areas that are exploratory and contain virgin reservoir possibilities.

 

Flintrock Resources Management, Inc. works closely with oil and gas companies, who lease, drill, develop and operate properties with maximum efficiency.  We work with operators that have strong proven management skills in administration and field operations with proven track records and production histories. We continuously strive to increase our reserves by working along side other oil and gas exploration, development and production companies that have the knowledge, experience and vision to recognize the potential of exploratory and step-out prospects and projects to better improve and expand reserves.

 

Flintrock currently owns interests in Texas. Interests in Texas are concentrated in Young, Falls, McColloch, Coleman and Lee Counties, the upper Gulf coast and south central regions.
